Napa Barrel Repair Shop was founded by Master Cooper Enrique Alvarez Sr. in 1995. Today, Enrique runs this Napa Valley institution with love, creativity and innovation in order to carry on the demanding science of barrel coopering into the future. Over the years, NBRS has helped hundreds of wineries with their barrel repair needs and continues to provide consultation services on a variety of topics related to barrel repair, oak alternative assemblies and wine preservation.
