Napa, Calif.—Treasury Wine Estates named Mike Clarke as its new managing director and CEO. Clarke is the former president of Kraft Foods’ European division and also held several executive positions with Coca-Cola. Most recently, Clarke was the CEO of Premier Foods, a public company in the United Kingdom. Clarke will be based in Melbourne, Australia, and replaces the company’s interim CEO, Warwick Every-Burns, who filled in after David Dearie was fired in September. The company’s U.S. operations are based in Napa, Calif., and include Beringer Vineyards, Chateau St. Jean Winery & Vineyards, Etude Wines and other wineries.
