New custom crush facility

Sonoma, Calif.—Sonoma Valley Custom Wine is a new custom crush facility at 2141 Eighth St. E. in Sonoma, Calif. The 50,000-square-foot facility offers 160,000 gallons of tank storage, crush capacity for 1,200 tons and space to store 4,000 barrels. The company also offers some case good storage and on-site wine treatment services. Winemaker and general manager Ron Goss previously worked with Sonoma Wine Co., Trinchero Family Estates and Viansa Winery. For more information, call 707-938-8364.
