Domaine Anderson opens in Mendocino County
Philo, Calif.—Domaine Anderson winery opened in the Anderson Valley of Mendocino County during the recent Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Festival held May 16-18. The winery is owned by the Rouzaud family behind Champagne producer Louis Roederer, and it is focused on producing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. Winemaker Jerry Murray will be making wines from a 17-acre vineyard adjacent to the new facility as well as 35 acres of vines located throughout the valley. Details: domaineanderson.com.
