Santa Rosa, Calif.—M.A. Silva announced its acquisition of Vintners Global Resources’ packaging business. Vintners Global Resources, VGR, is located in Kent, Wash., and produces wine bottles, closures and packaging for the Pacific Northwest wine industry. VGR will work with M.A. Silva’s other partner company, Oak Tradition in Walla Walla, Wash., to provide a complete portfolio of products for the Northwest wine industry. VGR’s CEO and founder Andy Brassington and account manager Teresa Lawrenson will join the M.A. Silva team.
