Napa, Calif.—Following its acquisition of LabelOne Connect in Beaverton, Ore., and Bonham Label in Livermore, Calif., Adams Label Co., announced it formed a new venture to complete the purchase of Tapp Label Technologies in Napa Calif. The deal is expected to close in December according to a press release. Following the purchase of Tapp Label Technologies all the companies will operate under the Tapp Label brand to offer digital, flexography and offset printing in California, Oregon and British Columbia. The new company will continue to seek new capital to purchase equipment and technology while expanding its market.
