St. Helena, Calif.—Tom Rinaldi is the new head winemaker at Pellet Estate and will oversee all aspects of winemaking at the winery that produces Cabernet Sauvignon from the historic Pellet Vineyard and Chardonnay from the Sunchase Vineyard in the Petaluma Gap. Pellet Estate is owned by Krill Family Vineyards. "Few winemakers have the portfolio that Tom has," said Eric Risch, the general manager of Pellet Estate. "An icon in Napa Valley, he is absolutely one of Napa's most legendary talents, and we are excited to have him be part of our winery,"
