Napa, Calif.—Rolando and Lorena Herrera, owners of Mi Sueño Winery, hired Vanessa Robledo to be the winery’s chief executive officer. Robledo will oversee business management, marketing and direct-to-consumer and wholesale wine sales. Robledo is a fourth-generation grape grower whose career in the wine industry began at her family’s vineyard as a child. She later would work as president of Robledo Family Winery and then Black Coyote Chateau before joining Mi Sueno.
