Napa, Calif.—Benoit Murat is the new technical and after-sales manager for Oenodia North America, which produces the Stars line of membrane based processes for tartrate stabilization, acidification, de-acidification and cross flow filtration. Murat will be based in Napa, Calif., and is from France where he gained more than 20 years of wine industry experience and worked as winemaker for Chateau de Santenay in Burgunday before joining Oenodia in 2015.
