San Luis Obispo, Calif.—Michael Fay is the new lead winemaker at Sextant Wines. Fay will work with owner Craig Stoller in managing production at the Central Coast winery. Prior to joining Sextant, Fay was the winemaker for Goldeneye Winery and has worked at other wineries in the Central Coast.
