Horsham, Pa.—Saxco International acquired Brick Packaging Corporation in Traverse City Mich. Saxco International is a provider of rigid packaging for the liquor, wine, beer and food industries. Founded by Dan Brick, who started by selling natural corks, Brick Packaging supplies a variety of packaging materials for the wine industry. “Brick Packaging is an exciting addition to the Saxco team,” said Saxco CEO Matthew Malenfant in a statement announcing the deal. “It enhances our strategy for custom packaging services to the wine industry in Michigan and surrounding midwestern states.”
