Winery Job Postings Increase 19% in August

A flurry of job postings for winemaking positions, sales and marketing positions boosted the index by 19% over last August. Hospitality job postings fell, however.

The August 2012 increase in job postings was driven by a big increase in sales and marketing jobs. The sales and marketing index increased 65 percent from its level in August 2011.
