Wineries with Vineyards
Our database reveals that nearly 65% of wineries in the United States have vineyards. Among the top winery states, Virginia, Missouri and North Carolina have the highest percentage of wineries that grow grapes. In both California and Washington, a lower percentage of wineries maintain vineyards. This lower proportion reflects a combination of a robust population of growers and high count of virtual wineries and negociants.
