High Volumes Concentrated Among 49 Producers
Segmenting U.S. wineries by annual production levels shows that 92% of domestic wines are produced by Medium and Large wineries. Smaller wineries are driving the increase in winery count. During 2012, the U.S. winery count expanded from 7,396 to 7,498.
