Frost module by Semios
Precision farming equipment supplier Semios released a frost module that alerts growers to frost conditions as well as tracks the outcome of any frost damage mitigation measures. Using site-specific sensors, the frost module monitors temperature inversions every 10 minutes and provides "wet bulb" and sprinkler thresholds based on stage of bud development.
New titration analyzer by Metrohm
The 855 Titration Analyzer System by Metrohm employs potentiometric titration analysis and can be controlled with tiamo computer software or a color, touch screen interface. The unit also features an integrated auto-sampler and occupies less than two linear feet of bench space.
CoolTerra soil amendment
Cool Planet, a self-described "green technology company," released its new CoolTerra product that is similar to biochar and which the supplier claims improves soil water retention, aeration and "immobilizes" toxins such as salt, lead aluminum and cadmium by "locking them away from the productive soil."

Small case packer by Emmeti
Emmeti developed its new case packer "The Eagle," with feedback from smaller wineries, distilleries and breweries. The unit can automatically adjust for different bottle sizes and can load one to ten cases at a time and insert partitions after bottle placement.
Heat exchangers by Alfa Laval
According to Alfa Laval, its FrontLine gasketed plate heat exchangers offer a sanitary and efficient system for heating and cooling. The units' unique distribution area ensures uniform flow over the entire plate surface and a "herringbone" plate pattern provides "optimized" pressing depths.
