Niagara College Teaching Winery is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, part of the Niagara Peninsula wine region on the St. David's Bench sub-appellation. This location provides the perfect terroir (a combination of soil, climate and topography) affecting the flavor and characteristics of the award winning VQA wines produced by our renowned winemaker Terence Van Rooyen, while teaching his craft to aspiring students.
