Alain LaGlasse and son Jerome offer wood processing together with high-quality product manufacturing such as stave board manufacturing (wood used to make barrel staves.)At LAGLASSE we also produce a full range of Oak Alternative products, controlling all the steps to achieve the best quality. We work with our own oak wood, 24 months air dried process and we have our own convection ovens to toast on demand our staves, cubes and inserts. We propose to work tank by tank with possible toasting blends under the recommendations of our winemaker and oak specialist consultants.
