The team of experienced barrel makers at Tonnellerie Ô combine the integrity of artisanal barrel making with innovative practices that optimize consistency, precision, workflow efficiency, waste reduction, cleanliness, product quality and worker safety. Established in 2009, the cooperage includes a 2,500 square foot brick-encircled toasting room and a state-of-the-art technical laboratory. A dedicated oak sales team provides superior service to fine producers of wine and spirits; winemakers participating in the Master Cooper Barrel Program travel to France and select oak for their own barrels.
Tonnellerie Ô offers handcrafted French and American oak barrels coopered locally in California and expertly supported by a specialized oak sales team and technical in-house oak R&D laboratory.
