Tonnellerie Vincent Darnajou, based in Montagne-St. Emilion, Bordeaux has provided American winemakers with Bordeaux barrels crafted from hand-selected oak from the finest forests of France, matured in their park by a natural process and assembled with the utmost care for many years. Tonnellerie Gauthier Frères is based in Menetou-Salon, Burgundy and operates their own oak stave mill. Their clientele consist of some of the most prestigious wine producers of Burgundy. Only a small quantity of Darnajou and Gauthier barrels is allocated to the United States. Please contact us for availability.
The Morlet Selection imports the internationally-acclaimed Vincent Darnajou Cooperage from Bordeaux and the Gauthier Frères Cooperage from Burgundy. We also import Vinocolor, a food-grade red stain for barrels extracted from grapes by lyophilization.
