BOTTLE NECK FREEZERS. To meet the needs of the oenology the Zoppi s.r.l. company has designed this line of liquid chillers that chills a glycolate water to a temperature of -25°C / -28°C which allows the disgorgement(or dégorgement) of the sparkling wine bottles according to the traditional Champenoise method. The liquid chiller located below the accumulation tank cool down and maintains the solution at low temperature, while a rotating dish sustains the bottles and keeps them submerged at the right level.
