Napa, Calif.—Elizabeth Van Emst was promoted to the position of general manager for Cooperages 1912 Napa. Van Emst will oversee wine barrel sales in North America and manage the firm’s operations in Napa. Van Emst joined the company in 2008 as a wine barrel account manager for the Sonoma, Oregon and Coastal California markets; most recently she was the company’s West Coast operations manager.
