Michigan passes BYOB law
Lansing, Mich.—Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder signed into effect a law that allows restaurant patrons in the state to bring their own bottle of wine to restaurants or bars that already hold a liquor license. The law also allows restaurants and bars to charge a corkage fee, but it does not stipulate a minimum corkage fee.
