St. Helena, Calif.—C. Mondavi & Family filled three leadership roles at the winery. Kathy DeVillers, former managing director of finance for the Vincraft Group, is the new chief financial officer; Jim Russell, former senior vice president of sales for Constellation Brands, is the new vice president of national sales, and Pamela Hiett, who worked at Jackson Family Wines and Robert Mondavi Wines, is the new vice president of guest services and direct sales.
