Pall Corp. acquires Filter Specialists
Port Washington, N.Y.—Pall Corp. announced its acquisition of Filter Specialists Inc. (FSI), a filtration products supplier based in Michigan City, Ind. FSI supplies products to the food and beverage, industrial paint, chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas markets. Following the deal, Pall now adds FSI’s Polyweld, Polymicro and BOS filter bags and its line of steel and plastic filter vessels to its lineup.
