Woodland Hills, Calif.—California wine and spirits distributor Titan Wine and Spirits announced its acquisition of Angeles Wine Agency, a statewide wholesale distributor of wines from around the world. Founded by Jeff Welburn in 1991, Angeles Wine Agency has focused on distributing wines in California from European wineries as well as wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Monterey County, Paso Robles and Willamette Valley. Titan is part of TGIC Global Fine Wine Co., which was founded by Alex Guarachi in 1985.
