Petaluma, Calif.—Laffort USA appointed Cyril Derreumaux as the business development manager for the Nobile line of oak alternatives and Esencia flavoring components for aromatic wines and spirits. Both of the products are new to the North American market. Before joining Laffort, Derreumaux was the general manager for Vivelys USA a oak alternatives and winemaking consulting company.
