Second generation Pahlmeyer named president

St. Helena, Calif.—Cleo Pahlmeyer, the daughter of winery founder Jayson Pahlmeyer, is the new president of Pahlmeyer Winery. Cleo Pahlmeyer will now manage the family’s collection of brands that includes Pahlmeyer, Jayson and Wayfarer as well as the estate vineyards in Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast. After joining the winery in 2008, Cleo Pahlmeyer managed direct-to-consumer sales and marketing and later handled communications and public relations. Pahlmeyer appointed Bibiana González Rave winemaker for Pahlmeyer and Jayson wines in 2016, adding to Rave's role as winemaker and director of winegrowing for Wayfarer, which she took on in 2012. The company also announced it had expanded the role of two key positions in 2016, promoting Tim Hay to vice president of finance and operations, and Brian Kelleher to vice president of sales and marketing.
