Gilroy, Calif.—Geoff Mace is the new winemaker and cellar operations manager at The Stomping Ground, a custom crush facility in the Central Coast. Most recently, Mace was a winemaker for Constellation Brands and has also held winemaking and operations roles with Treasury Wine Estates, O’Neill Vintners and Distillers, and The Wine Group. In Mace’s new role, he will assist with the completion of the winery’s new crushpad and production cellar.
