Napa, Calif.—Ramondin S.A., a multinational capsule company, has purchased INESA, a Chilean subsidiary of the Córpora group. Through the acquisition, Ramondin adds a fifth production facility to complement plants in Argentina, the United States, Spain and France. INESA produces screw caps for the Latin American market and the merger gives Ramondin the infrastructure to build their screw cap segment in Chile, Argentina and other markets.
