Napa, Calif.—Jeffrey Stambor, former winemaker of Beaulieu Vineyard winery in Rutherford, Calif, has opened Jeffrey Stambor Wine Consulting, offering winemaking, consulting, and one-off project support. In the statement announcing his new business, Stambor said his nearly 30 years at BV as well as work in France and Argentina exposed him to many grape growing and winemaking conditions and created the relationships and experiences necessary to launch a consulting business.

“I’ve seen, and in many cases instituted a variety of the technological advances of the past 10 years,” Stambor said. “I want to build and expand on that by providing my expertise to a wider range of projects.”
