Woodland, Calif.—Woodside Electronics Corp (WECO), an agricultural optical sorting systems manufacturer, announced it has doubled production of its WineGrape Tek Optical Sorters. According to a statement by WECO, the company has focused supplying the wine industry since 2010 and credits the increase in sales to quality engineering, on-site technical support, a flexible sorter rental option and the fact that is offering an American-made machine. “We’re very fortunate to have a fantastic team here at WECO,” Bryan Chambers, director of wine grape operations for WECO said in the press release, “and even more fortunate to have partnered with some very high profile customers in the wine making industry”.
