Davis, Calif.—The Department of Viticulture and Enology at the University of California, Davis is hosting a short course on wine grape production designed to address production issues in diverse growing regions.  Course topics include vineyard soils, site preparation, irrigation system design, production and mechanical and precision viticulture. The two-day course will be held at the UC Davis Conference Center.
