Napa, Calif.—Oenodia North America announced a partnership with Electrotec Service Company in Paso Robles, Calif., to provide the STARS treatment for tartrate stabilization and pH adjustment to wineries in California’s Central Coast. Electrotec is an established mobile service provider offering a variety of services including metered Velcorin dosing and crossflow filtration. “This is a great technology that provides multiple opportunities for our customers to adjust pH and tartrate stabilize their wines, which enhances wine quality, eliminates wine loss, saves time, energy and water, and requires no additives,” said Andre Austin, CEO of Electrotec, in a press release announcing the new partnership.
