Napa, Calif.—Treasury Wine Estates, which owns Beringer Vineyards and other wineries, formed a partnership with Accolade Wines North America to provide winemaking services at Treasury’s Asti Winery in Cloverdale and packaging services at Treasury’s bottling center in Napa. Both corporations are headquartered in Australia and have entered into similar agreements in Australia and the United Kingdom according to a statement released by Treasury. Bottling began this month and production at Asti will begin in 2014. Accolade Wines North America owns the Atlas Peak, XYZin and Geyser Peak brands. The firm had purchased Geyser Peak Winery in Cloverdale from the now-defunct Ascentia Wine Estates in June of last year. Accolade then sold the winery to Francis Ford Coppola Winery in March retaining the Geyser Peak and Atlas Peak brands.
