Seguin Moreau acquires Fine Northern Oak
Napa, Calif.—Seguin Moreau Cooperage announced its acquisition of oak alternatives supplier Fine Northern Oak based in Appleton, Wis. The French cooper, which operates a cooperage in Napa, takes control of the Fine Northern Oak brand as well as equipment and inventory. Fine Northern Oak founder David Plumb will remain with the company, and Philippe Michel of Oak Tradition will continue to represent the company in the Pacific Northwest. Details: seguinmoreaunapa.com
