Rohnert Park, Calif.—Dr. Armand Gilinsky is the new Korbel Professor of Wine Business at Sonoma State University’s Wine Business Institute. With the support of Korbel Champagne Cellars, the university established the professorship in 2011 and first conferred it to Dr. Liz Thach. Gilinsky plans to put together a wine business case study book as well as help the Sonoma County Winegrowers association with its goal of making the county the first wine region that is 100% sustainable.
