Napa, Calif.—Delicato Family Vineyards purchased the Blossom Hill Winery from Treasury Winery Estates. The winery, which will now be called Alba Coast Winery, is located in the Paicines AVA in San Benito County in California’s Central Coast. Delicato did not disclose the price it paid for the winery. The purchase provides the Napa-based, family owned company with an additional 4 million cases of growth capacity and will be used to support such brands as Noble Vines, Gnarly Head, Z. Alexander Brown, Diora and Irony.
