Healdsburg, Calif.—Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services partnered with Jerome Barret a winemaking consultant with more than 20 years of experience producing methode Champenoise sparkling wine. Barret will work alongside director of winemaking Penelope Gadd-Caster. Barret, a native of France, speaks three languages and is a former lecturer for the Institut Oenologique de Champagne. He is expected to bring “a world-wide perspective in the sparkling wine business” to Rack & Riddle.
