The company specializes in tartaric stabilization and pH adjustment through its STARS (Specific Tartrate Removal System), STARS ZeroWaste and STARS mobile services. Domingo Rodriguez, a 20-year wine industry veteran has represented Oenodia since 2010 and is heading up the Napa office.
