Napa, Calif.—Starmont winery, which is located in southern Napa County and owned by Merryvale Vineyards, has expanded its custom bottling program. The winery can now handle 4,000 cases per day of bottling with a line that can fill 375 ml, 750 ml and 1.5l bottles and close them with cork or screwcap. Other facility services include an onsite lab, micro oxygenation, cross flow filtration and NomaSense oxygen monitoring and control.
