Fresno, Calif.—Peter Sommer is the new biological products technical manager for Gusmer Enterprises, Inc.  Sommer will be based in Fresno and be responsible for the development and support of Gusmer’s manufactured biological products as well as providing technical support for products sold through supplier partnerships. Sommer holds a Ph. D. in microbiology and is experienced in new product development and application support of fermentation processes, particularly wine.
