Fairfield, Calif.—Mario Carofanello is a new packaging consultant for TricorBraun WinePak. Carofanello joins the company with more than 20 years of wine industry experience including retail, packaging, closure solutions, software development and barrel production. With a background in hospitality management and software sales, Carofello attended the University of California, Davis Extension program in OIV, Viticulture and Enology and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in recreation and leisure and a Certificate in Hospitality Management.
