Vernon, British Columbia—Universal Packaging hired James Aprile as vice president of quality systems. Aprile worked for the past 15 years at E. & J. Gallo Winery and Gallo Glass Co., where he worked in quality control, supply chain and plant operations using LEAN Six Sigma.
