Santa Rosa, Calif.—Exchange Bank announced that Jason Hinde has joined its commercial banking group as a vice president and relationship manager. Prior to moving to Exchange Bank, Hinde held similar positions in commercial lending at Mechanics Bank working with wineries, growers, business owners and real estate investors throughout the Bay Area of Northern California.
