PCM acquires Maverick

Maverick Enterprises, a secondary closure company located in Mendocino County, Calif., has been acquired by PCM Companies LLC, an affiliate of Private Capital Management Inc. PCM Inc. is a registered investment adviser headquartered in Eagan, Minn. Maverick employs more than 100 people at its Ukiah, Calif., facility. Details: maverickcaps.com.

TricorBraun launches Options Plus

New stand from Assmann

Assmann Corp. of America, Garrett, Ind., introduces new modular polyethylene tank stands for use with full drain outlet assembly. Groskopf leaves Groskopf

Charlene Groskopf has left Groskopf Warehouse & Logistics Co. in Sonoma, Calif., where she had served as general manager since 1998. After her family sold the company in 2004, she continued with the new owner, Jaguar Properties. According to Groskopf, under her direction the company grew from a $1.5 million operation to an $8 million warehouse and logistics enterprise.
