Okanagan to get new custom crush

Formerly licensed as Haywire Winery, Okanagan Crush Pad Winery will be the Pacific Northwest’s newest custom crush operation. Christine Coletta and Steve Lornie are building a 7,750-square-foot winery that is scheduled to open its doors for the 2011 harvest.
