WineDirect, a direct-to-consumer, compliance and fulfillment company, has acquired winery website designer and e-sales consultant Vin65. Andrew Kamphuis, founder of Vin65, will join the WineDirect management team but said the deal should have little effect on Vin65’s current clients or its other fulfillment suppliers. Mark Chandler of Chandler & Co. is the Society of Wine Educators’ new marketing manager on a consulting contract. Chandler has been a member of the group since 1982 and was elected to the board and served as president from 1999 through 2001.

Ehren to lead Key Technology
