Knights Landing, Calif.—Jean Vittot is the new general manager of Guillaume Grapevine Nursery. Vittot is the former vice president of sales and marketing for Canton Cooperage and most recently managed the Xtrachene line of oak alternatives in Bordeaux, France. Eckhart Kaesekamp, Guillaume’s former general manager, is leaving to start his own business according to a statement released by the company and will work part-time as a consultant to help ensure a smooth transition.
