Grapevine, Texas—Granbury Solutions announced it had acquired eWinery Solutions in Napa, Calif. Based in Texas, Granbury produces technology to support the wine, pizza, delivery, specialty coffee and restaurant industries. The firm acquired WineWare Software in 2013. “Joining forces with Granbury will enable us to combine forces to provide more innovative solutions faster to a larger set of wineries,” said eWinery founder and CEO Richard Kline who will take the position of general manager for the wine business unit of Granbury.
