Shelbyville, Ky.—William and Denise Stiles, the owners of Christianburg Farms winery, have launched a new mobile bottling business to serve the wineries of Kentucky and neighboring states. C.F.I. Mobile Bottling plans to bottle wine as well as spirits that are 25% ABV or less. The custom-built trailer houses a line that can handle 375 ml., 750 ml. and 1.5 liter bottles and apply natural, 1+1, agglomerate or synthetic corks as well as apply shrink, polylaminate or spin-on capsules. C.F.I’s line also can apply front and back pressure-sensitive labels.
